Rethinking Sprint Length

Again I've proven my previous experience: two-week sprints are just good enough.
Just because
  • the next demo is always soon: simply it is this or the next week - no time to be wasted
  • the story set selected for the sprint is never too long and - can be kept comprehensible
  • the demos held often enough keeping - the stakeholders are interested and willing to spent 1-2 hours each second week
  • ScrumMaster is stressed enough to become a better ScrumMaster :)
